Synopsis:
In the windy city of Futo(lit. wind capital) towered by huge windmills, mysterious flash drives called “Gaia Memories” are merchandised, and criminals are using them to become monsters called “Dopants”. Detective Shotaro Hidari is working with his partner Phillip to protect the city. The two must transform and combine into Kamen Rider Double to fight the Dopant menace.
